Shrewsbury lamb steak in a redcurrant and mushroom sauce
Chicken Breast stuffed with a choice of
  • Pork sausage meat and apricot stuffing and wrapped in bacon with gravy
  • Wild mushroom stuffing with a white wine sauce

Chinese spiced salmon parcel with a mango salsa
Oven baked white fish in a prawn and white wine sauce served on a dill rosti
Traditional roast sirloin of beef with a Yorkshire pudding and horseradish cream
Roast topside of beef with a Yorkshire pudding and horseradish cream
Moroccan spiced roast lamb with cous cous
Roast leg of lamb with mint sauce
Oven roasted cod with smoked bacon and shallot cream sauce

Roast lemon and thyme chicken with apple and cranberry chutney
Spinach roulade with a wild mushroom and stilton filling

Please contact us to receive an accurate quote. There are a number of factors which will influence the cost of your event such as dishes chosen, the number of choices within each course and the number of people being catered for. We therefore prefer to quote on an individual basis.
The price quoted is an inclusive price of the following
  • Full service
  • Supply of crockery and cutlery
  • Supply of paper napkins to befit your colour scheme
  • Vegetarian options to suit your guests
  • Cater for any individual dietary requirements
  • Children under 12 are half the adult price and under 2’s free
A cheese and biscuit platter can be provided at an additional £2.00 per person.
